ZOOM SECURITY: Wait for the host to start the meeting
Zoom security: if you're the host, and you don't want people to start the meeting without you, you can set this. Or, if you like, you can allow participants to get started, or you can stop that happening until you arrive.
This simple change to the security settings in Zoom can prevent you embarrassment or unwelcome guests.
Maybe you're happy for your team or group to get going. But if you want the meeting to be started only once you're there, this is the setting you need.
