Special characters that were REMOVED from Animal Crossing
Like villagers, some special characters have unfortunately also been removed throughout each of the Animal Crossing games. So here are some special characters that were removed from Animal Crossing. Starting off we have the gnome character Farley. He only appears in the Animal Crossing on the GameCube and he lives in the town fountain and grants the player a golden axe once they have reached a perfect town. The interesting thing about him is that he is one of the only characters with his own unique voice. Next is the lizard character named Frillard only in City Folk. He is the only frill-necked lizard to be in the games and his role is basically the same as Dr. Shrunk’s which is to give the player new reactions. There is no real way to know when this character will be on stage, he just replaces Shrunk on rare occasions. Last we have the cat character Katie and look how cute she is. She was only in Wild World, City Folk, and New Leaf and her role is for the player to return her to her mother Kaitlin. She comes to your town when you visit another player’s town and begs you to return her to her mother by going back to the other player’s town. However, in New Leaf she’s all grown up and doesn’t need her mother anymore and is on her own and just asks to visit another player’s town.
