How to FIX Steam Download Errors! [Content Servers Unreachable/Corrupt Files etc.]
EXTRA TIP: Games with DLCs have to be moved back to the original steamapps/common directory where your games are usually installed, and then verified by Steam by attempting to install the games again after moving them there. (Steam will not attempt to re-download the game and will just validate the files that are already in the directory) You will generally always have to move the game install folders back to that directory anyways for them to work properly, except ones that can be run with a custom launcher.
