Let me tell you a little about the apartment rental situation in Belgrade, Serbia. We managed to rent an excellent, newly renovated apartment for a reasonable price. Rental property prices are currently falling, but we didn't notice a difference. Also, an important detail: we were looking for an apartment with a dog, which made the good options even more limited.
