Netgear Miracast Review: Surface Pro 3 and Windows 8.1
Here's a quick(ish) review of the Netgear Push2TV Miracast adapter, covering its installation, configuration, and performance. The process was very frustrating and problematic, which contributed to the choppiness of this video. Thanks to @vinscuzzy in the comments for pointing out the issue with the overscan (image cut off at top and bottom); I needed to enable "Fit Picture" on my Samsung TV.
To summarize, as with the Belkin adapter I tried out, I'm not terribly impressed with Miracast, finding it far less seamless than Google's Chromecast and with inferior performance.
