Apple Music's Stereo Louder Than Tidal Music's Stereo
Supposedly Apple Music requires -16 lufs, Tidal -14 lufs, but then on delivery Apple Music Stereo playback is louder for exactly the same track? Not sure why that would be so as my understanding is, even with normalisation, the quitest track would be boosted to the loudest track, which for Apple is distributed 2lufs quieter than Tidal? Again these are default settings on each app.
