Ilmenite Ore Processing Flow sheet
This is an ilmenite ore processing flow sheet. The ore will be fed to the bin by an excavator and then belt conveyor will transport the materials to the trommel screen to screen out less than 2mm particles. The under screened particles will be pumped to the spiral separators for the rough concentration to get the concentrates. Then the concentrates from the spirals will be concentrated on the shaking table for the clean concentration to get the final concentrates.
