We all have someone in our life that is driving us crazy. Maybe it’s a person or a situation at work. The challenge is that you get upset around the breakdown and at the end of the day you're the one who loses because you feel frustrated.
All too often we give away our power to a situation or a person that’s doing their best. It’s time to realize that just because you know better doesn’t mean that you're always right. In fact, top leaders aren’t condescending, argumentative nor do they care about being right. It’s time that we focus on relationship equity.
