How to make sin city look premiere pro

If you want remove all the colors from your video, except black, white and maybe one more color, similar to the movie Sin City from 2005, this is one one way you can do this.
Go to the "Effects" tab and search for "Leave color". Drag and drop that effect onto your clip. Now go to the "Effect controls" tab and down to "Leave Color" to adjust it.
Click the "Pipette" icon and then move the cursor to the "Program" monitor and click the color you want to leave. Next to "Amount to Decolor", click 100.
Now you can fine adjust by dragging the "Tolerance" number up or down and change between "Using RGB" and "Using Hue" next to "match color" to see what best fits your video.
In this specific clip, there are a lot of similar colors, so to show you another example with less color variety, we will move from the street in Denmark all the way to the djungle in Indonesia and do the same thing with this heart-shape.
The color blue really stands out from the other colors here, so by applying the same method, you get this result.
