Quick, tasty, light and crumbly homemade cookies made from oatmeal in 20 minutes

VERY tasty and easy to make homemade cookies with oatmeal and apples. A simple and successful oatmeal cookie recipe. An ideal and healthy dessert. The secret ingredient apple adds its flavor and tenderness. Bon appetit!
Cookies are prepared simply and quickly, from simple available products.
For cooking we need.

RECIPE:
Oatmeal – 200 grams;
Flour – 120 grams;
Sugar – 80 grams;
Butter – 90 grams;
Chicken egg – 1 piece (CO);
Apple – 1 piece (70 grams);
Baking powder – 10 grams;
Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp. spoons;
Salt – 1/4 tsp. spoons.

PREPARATION:
When starting to cook, I immediately turn on the oven to heat.
1. I grind instant oat flakes in a blender, first in a pulsating mode, and then at constant speed into a flour mass. If desired, you can leave some of the large fraction flakes.
2. I remove the stem and seed pod from the apple, cut it into cubes and also chop the apple pieces into puree.
3. In the container in which I will prepare the dough, add chopped oatmeal, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Be sure to add cinnamon, it goes well with the apple and adds flavor to the cookies. I mix the ingredients.
4. Add applesauce, egg and melted butter to the bulk products. I mix everything, collecting it into a homogeneous mass.
5. I take the prepared mixture in portions with a spoon, lightly moisten my fingertips in water, and form the dough into cookies. I transfer them to a baking sheet covered with parchment, at a distance from each other.
6. I bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees on a medium level, classic up-down baking mode without convection for 20 minutes. Adjust the baking time according to the technical capabilities of your oven. The cookies will expand and brown as they bake, but be careful not to dry them out. When completely cooled, the cookies remain soft inside and have a crispy crust on top.
7. I transfer the finished cookies to a dish and can immediately be served with tea.
