Astro a50 gen 4(red light, white light and not charging fix) Please read description
Please kindly follow all the steps.
Step 1 use this app if having trouble updating instead of windows Store version

Step 2 Make sure the update is 39964.43 (headset)
40372.43( base)
Step 3 make sure the charging is complete of the Astro headset(use cable if it’s not charging)
{my case is the same the base is not charging the headphones}
Step 4 follow all the steps in video; I know the quality is bad, but I’m sorry I don’t have any experience of recording videos Like this:)
IMPORTANT: IF IT DIES AGAIN THIS MEAN THE BATTERY IS LOW AND didn”t charged
(In this case use wire port on the headphone to charge make sure it’s off while charging.(u can also use it while gaming and charging but it will be wired headphones then so just leave the charger on for 6 hrs and don’t use base for charging again it’s probably the base due to that it’s not charging then.

(I’m pretty sure you have to do this once in a while maybe per game session(4-5 hrs)
And if you have saved presets of settings just apply it again only tak 1-2 mins.
