In this ECG Case, we found irregularly irregular rhythm and RAD. And other morphological changes. If you have any question please mention in the comment box below and do share such kind of cases with us.
• Note that we can not 100% be sure that the patient is having A-fib or dextrocardia or LVH or else (there can also be Normal variant, Right bundle branch block, Right ventricular hypertrophy, Left posterior fascicular block, accelerated idioventricular or ventricular tachycardia, Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome etc.) This can be revealed with other Clinical History, Investigations like Chest X-ray etc.
