Chromecast with Google TV FINALLY gets Android 12 😀 How to Update!
The Chromecast with Google TV is finally getting upgraded from Android 10 to the newest Android TV software update, Android 12. I've had the Chromecast with Google TV since it first came out and other than few minor updates, nothing has really changed and it's been on Android 10 since the beginning. There was a lot of speculation that Android 11 would be coming to the Chromecast with Google TV, but that never transpired. In this update, Google went straight from Android 10 to Android 12 for the Chromecast with Google TV which is awesome. It brings a few new features, but in general should have better performance, reliability, and security. In this video I show you how to manually go into the settings in Google TV to push through the update to the Chromecast with Google TV. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for watching!
