Optimizing Zoom Audio (and Disabling Noise Reduction) for Remote Music Lessons
By default, Zoom uses a noise reduction feature to eliminate background noise. Unfortunately, this can also accidentally eliminate sounds we do want to hear, particularly in a music lesson. This video is a quick guide on how to access Zoom's audio controls, in order adjust or deactivate the noise reduction. It also touches on making a test recording, which is a great tool for helping music teachers and students to optimize their audio for the other person.
