How Strong is Full Defense Noelle Against Different Enemies? Genshin Impact
Noelle is one of the best characters in my opinion she can deal damage, heal and shield.
My Noelle isn't perfect but even then with this Full Defence Build, she can tank almost all the bosses that don't ignore Shields. Even against Wolflord's tornado attack, she is able to survive.
Also, remember that her shield will be stronger with Geo resonance.
Talent levels for my Noelle are 4, 12, and 5. With more investments, she can surely survive the Woldlord too.
