Introducing the new WAVE OnCloud Push-to-Talk app with new multimedia collaboration tools. This app gives you instant voice communication and secure messaging with one person or a group of people. It’s simple, efficient, secure, and works wherever you have broadband cellular service or Wi-Fi coverage.

Let’s look at how you can send and view highly secured text, photos, videos, locations and files to a group. Launch the app. When it opens, tap the talkgroups icon. Select the group you wish to send messages to. We are going to select the ‘Management’ talkgroup. From the ‘call ready’ screen, tap on the text message icon and type in your message.
Andy (text): “I’m not able to talk, but let me know if the shipment was delivered”
Site Manager (text): “We are currently waiting for documents to be released, should be delivering shortly after”
Go back to the ‘call ready’ screen by tapping the back icon in the upper left.

From the ‘call ready’ screen, tap the location icon. Your current location will show on a map. Tapping on the share icon will send your location to every member in the talkgroup.

From the ‘call ready’ screen, tap the history icon. Here you can see a thread of all the messages for this group.
Site Manager (Text): “We need the final invoice for the shipment, can you send it over?”
Tap on the document icon to send a file to the group. Select the file and tap ok to send it. Go back to the ‘call ready’ screen by tapping the back icon.

From the ‘call ready’ screen, push and hold the PTT button.
Andy: “Please send me a video of the container arriving”
To see multimedia messages sent to you, tap the history icon while you are in the ‘call ready’ screen’. Here we see a video icon from the Site Manager. To view it, tap the video icon. Every online member of the group may tap the history icon to access to the multimedia message thread and review multimedia messages, files or location information.
