Install the Google Docs Add-On from GSuite Marketplace: https://gsuite.google.com/marketplace...
For any text in Google Docs, either highlight or underline the words you would like to be left blank. Then select the options;
Option 1 will blank out the words completely and then create a shuffled word bank at the end of the document.
Option 2 will blank out the words except its first letter, and then create a shuffled word bank at the end of the document.
Once finished, you may edit the document however you wish & share to Google Classroom as an assignment or print them out.
