The first part of my first impressions of F1 Manager 23 on Xbox. Main features, things to be aware of, changes from F1 Manager 22. Contract negotiations, scouting, designing new parts, developing talent and getting ready for the first race. I'm also highlighting a list of annoying things within the game, as well as what the makers of the game think a tyre blanket looks like.
