Foundation and Tie Beams: Reinforcement, Piping, and Concreting Details 🏗️
This video shows the reinforcement of the foundation beams with 4 x 10mm rebars and 5mm stirrups every 20cm, 30 MPa cast-in-place concrete, eccentric corner blocks, and how the starter bars work with 12.5mm rebar being assembled inside the fully concreted blocks. The beams have a 15 x 30 section, and only the beam on the external face of the house is 20 x 30.
