PRISM PRO is a talkbox plugin for vocals with the carrier built in, so there is no instrument to load and no MIDI to draw. Put it on the vocal, pick a key, sing, and the engine speaks in that key.

PRISM PRO, the same talkbox with harmony on top: HARMONY stacks voices on the line you sang, AUTO KEY finds the key, CHAIN runs talkbox into harmony into the mix.
A talkbox is not a vocoder. A vocoder splits a voice into frequency bands and stamps that shape onto a carrier synth. A talkbox drives one voice through the resonances of a mouth.
