As a self taught mountain biker, it's scary how much I was doing wrong before doing this course! My riding and confidence have improved so much and now I find myself playing with the trails and bike, as opposed to fighting them, haha, true story...

In this video, we touch a bit on a few skills at Hakahana Trails and give you a general idea of what you can expect. From: correct positioning on a mountain bike, including the attack or ready position; cornering; emergency braking; riding drop offs and step ups; and riding rock gardens, to name a few... It was a great day learning mtb skills at hakahana.
