Leaf Thorn by Leaf Shave: Same as the Twig?
Leaf shave has three different razors. This one is the thorn razor which is supposed to be a medium plus aggression for a safety razor. The other's are the leaf three blade design and the mild and smooth, twig razor. In this video, I used a Gillette nacet blade that this razor struggled with a little bit but that being said Gillette doesn't have the best quality control when it comes to double edged razor blades. I've had quite a few duds in this pack of 100.
This razor just can't cut the hair off my face without cutting me. I have contacted Leaf shave and they sent another one right out. Something was off because the new one is a dream to shave with if you want some aggression. The medium plus Leaf Thorn razor is definitely removing more hair than the leaf twig with just slightly more blade feel. but not much more. I can see why so many people love this safety razor.
