New Škoda 16Ev trains in Latvia are gradually replacing the old soviet ER2 type trains. These new Skoda trains for Latvia are built by Škoda Transpotation (Škoda Vagonka) and will be operated by Vivi ("Vienā Vilcienā", previously known as "Pasažieru vilciens").
