1. Enable the Developer Tab
Go to File - Options - Customize Ribbon. Under the right-hand column, check Developer and click OK.
2. Design Your Layout
Use Insert Table to organize your questions. This ensures your labels and fields stay perfectly aligned and prevents text from jumping around.
3. Add Fillable Fields
In the Developer Tab, toggle Design Mode on. Use the Controls group to insert:
Plain Text: For names or short answers.
