Luminar AI Update 2 Sky Replacement Sky Reflections: Artificial and Not Very Intelligent.
Luminar AI's Update 2 in March of 2021 finally brings us sky replacements with sky reflections. First announced in October of 2020 - some five months ago - has the wait been worth it?
In my opinion, no!
In this video I'll show you exactly what is going wrong and how the sky reflections the AI is producing are not at all accurate.
This isn't the video I wanted to make - I had high hopes for this and just like you, I waited a long time for it to finally be released. Unfortunately Skylum really needs to take a look at the issues here and hopefully rework this so it can provide us with believable results.
