-------------------------------
More explanation:
For "Caster" you only need to change it in the "Front Wheel".
Under-Steer is your car going/being push forward in a turn.
Over-Steer is the rear of your car being push-out to far in a turn.
In "Gearbox" if you slide your tune and you saw your Speed turning red. It means you have hit the "Limiter" for that gear and can't go any further.
------------------------------
Description of each Tune
Alignment & Suspension
Camber change the angle of the wheels Vertically affecting Corner Grip and Stability. |Negative = More Grip and Stability| ; |Positive = Enhances Straight-line Stability and is used in off-road applications (but since RCD have no Off-road tire, it's technically pointless to go positive)|
Caster tilt the Steering Axis of the car. Most cars in-game and IRL used Positive caster for better Self-centering steering (return the Steering wheel back straight), high-speed stability, and better cornering grip. So you don't want to put Negative caster on cars anyways.
Toe change the angle of the wheels Horizontally affecting Steering response, stability (not the same as Camber). |Negative (Toe-out) enhances steering response (Used a lot on FWD cars)| ; |Positive (Toe-in) improves stability (Used a lot on RWD cars)|
----
Stiffness change your suspension depend on how Stiff/Soft you want it to be |Low = Soft, make your cars more wobbly| ; |High = Stiff, the name itself should've give you a hint :)|
Damping prevent excessive, continuous bouncing after hitting bumps (Basically how your cars settle back to it original state) |Low = Smooth out your ride after a bump| ; |High = the opposite of Smooth, Used a lot on Tracks car)|
Height Offset change the length spring of your car |Negative = Lower Spring| ; |Positive = Higher Spring|
Wheel Offset Move the wheels In or Out |Negative mean In| ; |Positive mean Out|
----------------------
Differential
Rear-Diff-Power change your wheels spin. |Low mean Spin Independently (different speed), give more Over-Steer| ; |High mean Spin At Same Speed, give more Under-Steer|
Rear-Diff-Coast change how your car behave(Rotate) when braking or Lifting off throttle. |Low mean Less stable, easier to turn into corner| ; |High mean more Stable, give you less Over-Steer| (if the car tends to oversteer too much, increasing it slightly until you feel like its good)
Rear-Diff-Preload change how your car behave on faster corner when accelerating and lifting/braking (More resistance to turning/losing the rear/Correcting the car). |Low mean car go faster in corner, but become less predictable/Stable| (Need High sense of the car you driven) ; |High mean car go slower in corner, but become more Predictable/Stable| (Easier for Beginner)
---
Front-Diff-Power Same as RDP change how your wheels spin. |Low means Spin Independently (different speed), give more Over-Steer, Help turn easier| ; |High means Spin At Same Speed, give more Under-Steer|
Front-Diff-Coast changing FDC will give your wheels more resistance or Trail Braking. |Low means no resistance| ; |High means more Resistance|
Front-Diff-Preload basically the same as RDP for RWD (More resistance for turning at high speed) but since it FWD, car will rely on Steering more than RWD. It will just make the car go slower and more Under-Steery (not recommend tuning)
*Side Note: For FWD cars you don't need to tune much or just don't tune anything in Differential if you focus on Tracks.
---
Torque Vector(for AWD/4WD) changing it will give you either more power to the back or front or the same. |Negative Vector mean More Power for Front than Rear| ; |Positive Vector mean More Power for Rear than Front|
*Note: If you have more Power to the Front, it will most likely be harder to turn since there are Power in the Rear pushing the car forward. Recommend tuning more Power to the rear than front. This also affected by how you tune FDP and RDF.
-----------------------
Gearbox & Steering
Gearbox tuning basically give you a free choice to increase or decrease the top speed of each gear on your car.
*ATTETION: in Differential there is a tune call "Final Drive" changing this WILL affect your speed overall in every gear you have.
-Lower Final-Drive means it Give more top speed trade of for Slower Acceleration.
-Higher Final-Drive means it Make you Accelerate Faster but trade of for Top Speed.
---
Steering Ratio give you more or less steering angle and how sensitive it is |Low means more Steering Angle and faster Steering| ; |High means less Steering Angle and slower Steering|
Lock to Lock rotates the steering wheel completely in one direction until it stops (full lock), Increasing this help your car turn fully left and right
