Welcome to the Witchual Workout with Laura Tempest Zakroff - a ritually-inspired movement experience designed to get us moving a bit more on a daily basis. Each day, we'll have a different magical focus and build up our stamina and body exploration.

Today's inspiration is the Cauldron of Motion from the Cauldrons of Poesy (there's a whole chapter on this concept in my book "The Witch's Cauldron") - so we're essentially working with heart and chest energy. This is a gentle but effective exercise for working through grief, stress, and anxiety.

This workout is one that can be easily modified to do from a sitting position. Follow along and adjust as needed, listening to your body's needs. Be sure to hydrate after doing this workout, and it's absolutely ok if you find yourself needing to shed a few tears.
