Hover anything in the viewport, press Shift+Q, and MatWerk hands you that object's material: its colour, every slot, and a full editor at the cursor.
Click assigns it to the selection, or to selected faces in Edit Mode. Ctrl adds a new slot, the wheel steps through the others. Hold Shift and the editor opens where the mouse is, with Base, Emit, Layers and Maps as real node sockets, so dragging, keyframing and undo work the way they always do.
The rest of the add-on lives in the Shader Editor: a palette strip along the bottom, a PBR generator that builds a whole setup from one image, and a texture node menu.
