Hell Rush is a challenging mode where you must complete the entire game without dying and without regaining health at the end of levels. On the upside, you have a Miracle Katana with 3 uses. Discarding the Katana grants you full HP and a card of your choice. I use this twice in the run for time saves (on Clocktower and Congregation) and kept the third for safety, but never needed it.
