MEMORY ORB – VERY EASY GUIDE (FOR EVERYONE)
🔘 HOW TO TURN THE ORB ON

Find the small black button on the globe

Press and HOLD the button

Release when the globe turns on / lights up

That’s it 😊

Please read slowly. This is very simple.
Most problems happen because of two common mistakes.

🚫 MOST COMMON MISTAKE #1

The orb is not connected correctly

✅ CORRECT WAY TO CONNECT THE ORB TO YOUR COMPUTER

TURN THE ORB OFF

Plug the orb into your computer using the USB cable

On the back of the orb, PRESS AND HOLD the small black button
👉 Hold for 2–3 seconds ONLY

👀 Look at Your Computer Screen

👉 A new window or folder should appear
👉 At the same time, a USB logo will show on the globe

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
If the globe starts playing preloaded videos, you held the button too long.

🔁 FIX:

Turn the globe OFF

Unplug it

Plug it back into the computer

Press and hold the button again for ONLY 2–3 seconds

Release when the USB logo appears

❗ IF NOTHING POPS UP ON YOUR COMPUTER

Find THIS PC on your computer

Double-click THIS PC

Look for the orb listed as a USB device

If you don’t see it:

Unplug the orb

Start again from the beginning

Make sure the orb is OFF before holding the button

🚫 MOST COMMON MISTAKE #2

Videos or photos are NOT the correct size

👉 ALL FILES MUST BE:
480 x 480 pixels (perfect square) if any of size bigger than 480 px it will not work not play ( most common issue please pay attention to it )

🔌 Step 1: Connect

Make sure the orb is OFF

Plug it into your computer

Press and hold the back button for 2–3 seconds

A folder will appear on your screen
👉 This is the orb’s memory

⚠️ GOLDEN RULE (VERY IMPORTANT)

❗ YOU CAN USE ONLY video FILE , videos will not skip by itself , you must make all in 1 video so continually will play or need to toggle from the back of it manually


🎬 IF YOU WANT VIDEOS:

Open the orb folder

Delete the default video

Copy and paste your MP4 videos into the folder

Safely unplug the orb
Turn it ON
