Opinel or Victorinox knives?
For me, Opinel knives are a warm, classic, and elegant choice, unfortunately lagging behind modern knives in terms of performance. However, several features put Opinel ahead: a thin, very sharp blade that maintains rigidity, a favorable blade-to-handle ratio, light weight, and price. Opinel makes a great gift for the kitchen or picnic. A spoiled knife lover will also appreciate it and will certainly appreciate the advantages mentioned above.
