I did this battle immediately after defeating Dinotyrant    • Etrian Odyssey Nexus - Dinotyrant (World M...   which was done after defeating Lamia    • Etrian Odyssey Nexus - Lamia (Heroic)   . Blót doesn't have a conditional loot so you can defeat him without thinking about it.

Party: Nightseeker - Sovereign - Imperial / Harbinger - Ninja
Nightseeker and Imperial become the main damage dealers in the team. The former is also assisted by Ninja to be able to achieve his best performance.
Sovereign provides buff and Harbinger provides debuff so that both attackers can deal extra damage to the boss.

Several notes about the battle:
Assuming all characters stay healthy and can serve their best role all the time, the battle should go like this:

Nightseeker: (any) → Ninpo: Double → Amrita (Self) → Swift Justice (self) → Swift Edge → Swift Edge → (any) → Swift Edge → Amrita (Self) → (Swift Justice (self)) → Swift Edge → Swift Edge → any
clone: x → x → Amrita (Self) → Swift Justice (self) → Swift Edge → Swift Edge → (any) → Swift Edge → Amrita (Self) → (Swift Justice (self)) → Swift Edge → Swift Edge → any
"any" can be Sand Throw or Sleep Throw depending on the situation

Sovereign: (any) → any → Force Boost Attack Order → Attack Order → Force Break → Final Decree → (any) → (Final Decree) → any → any → any → Final Decree → any
"any" can be Whirlwind, Element Bomb or extending Order buffs depending on the situation

Imperial: Stonard (Sovereign) → (any) → Natural Edge → Charge Edge → Force Boost Accel Drive → Accel Drive → Force Break → (Natural Edge) → (Charge Edge) → Accel Drive → Natural Edge
"any" can be using Bravant on himself or Nightseeker.

Harbinger: (any) → (any) → Wilting Miasma → (any) → (any) → Eroding Miasma → Force Break → Wilting Miasma → (any) → Eroding Miasma → any → any → any → any
"any" can be Paralyzing Reap, Vine Grab: Arm, Miasma Wall, Spirit Barrier, or extending Miasma debuff depending on the situation. Use Bravant on Nightseeker / Imperial during spare time.

Ninja: multiple times of Bone Crusher / Shadow Bind / Izuna / Limb Crusher / healing items (depending on the situation). Use Bravant on Nightseeker / Imperial during spare time.

Turn 1
Blót doesn't have an opening move and will perform either normal attack or Wide Bravery which, similar to Hero's Wide Bravery, will deal damage to one character but will attack all characters if this skill goes before the target can act. Remember that he also has a passive skill called Afterimage that will generate an Afterimage when he uses any skills. However, unlike Hero, this skill depends on legs but it has 100% chance of working. He also has Dark Image which, unlike Hero, has 100% chance of maintaining the image on the field. The Afterimages behave like Hero's Afterimages; they can only replicate whatever skill that creates them each turn until they die.

Your fastest character need to inflict at least Leg Bind or Stun before Blót acts, otherwise you have to deal with his Afterimage as well. It's up to you if you want to inflict other ailments, but make sure it works by trying various combination of commands. Notice that Blót is completely immune to Petrification so don't try to petrify him.

Turn 2
If not panicked / petrified, the previous skill will be followed by Omnious Wave which gives ATK debuff to all characters and attempts to inflict Blind. Sovereign's Prevent Order and Harbinger's Spirit Barrier will be able to nullify most of the negative effects.

Turn 3
If not panicked / petrified, Blót will perform either normal attack or Wide Bravery again. this would be the best time to inflict Panic since you probably won't be able to do it next turn.

Turn 4
Since it's already four turns since the start of battle, Blót will perform either Clear Mind EX which removes all ailments, binds and debuffs, and also recovers his health by 1,750 points, or Guard Rush EX which deals damage to all character and the damage gets amplified as Blót takes more hit. The former is the most annoying command in this battle, so your fastest character needs to inflict Panic if they failed / didn't do it in the previous turn. As usual, try various combination until you can successfully inflict the ailment. Harbinger's Wilting Miasma from the previous three turns will help too.

Turn 5 - end
With the enemy is panicked you can continue building up your party and produce the burst damage as soon as possible. However, for each turn you may need the boss to attack himself, since even in Panic state, his normal attack is powerful enough to instantly kill a character. Once again find the best combination so all characters can survive during these turns. The battle should be finished before the boss is able to recover.
