How To Connect A PS3 Controller To Windows 7/8/10 (2020)

In this tutorial, I will show you guys how get a PS3 controller working on Windows 7/8/10 this works on both Desktop & Laptop! You will need to install the SCP controller software then the Xbox 360 controller drivers to disguise your PS3 controller as an Xbox one!

Written Steps:
1. Download & Install SCP Toolkit from the link provided.

2. Plug in controller and bluetooth dongle.
3. Run the driver installer. Check bluetooth driver and dualshock 3 driver.
4. Select bluetooth dongle and device.
5. Click install.
6. The controller should now work over USB.
7. Unplug the controller and it should be recognized by the computer.
NOTES:
Once you install the Bluetooth drivers, your Bluetooth adapter will be "locked" to just you PS3 controller. You will NOT be able to use anything but the PS3 controller, over Bluetooth, until the Bluetooth drivers are uninstalled.
