Honda Jazz (Fit) Mk1 (2002-2008) - Radio Repair
In this video we attempt to repair the radio in a Honda Jazz which stopped working.
The part which was replaced is marked as IC502 and is an 8v voltage regulator, part number BA08CC0WFP-E2. I bought my part from here:

Obviously this video is just my experience in trying to repair my radio so your radio may or may not have the same issue. So I cannot make any guarantees it will fix your problem. Either way I think it's worth trying first rather than just going out and buying a replacement. But note good soldering skills are required due to the size of the surface mount components.
