#13 Cities: Skylines Walkthrough "Under-Educated Workers" No Mods on PS5
Yesterday I encountered this problem: buildings in a low-rise commercial zone are regularly abandoned due to a lack of educated workers. I have two residential districts separated by a river. These districts are connected by bridges. One district has only an elementary school, the other has both elementary and high schools, and yet both districts lack educated workers, despite having a sufficient number of residential buildings.
