FREE SKINS IN DOTA 2 My Skin Changer
HELLO EVERYONE!
In this video, I’m showing my personal utility for Dota 2 – a local skin changer that works offline or vs bots.
What’s inside the video:
• Interface overview (clean and simple)
• Demonstration of skin changes in real matches
• Full installation guide

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
I take no responsibility for your accounts – use it at your own risk. Your antivirus may flag the executable (that’s normal for this kind of tool), just add the folder to the exceptions list.
INSTALLATION (short):
Download the ZIP from the link.
Extract it to any folder (avoid Desktop and system folders).
Run start.bat as Administrator – this opens a control menu.
– Or run Dota2SkinChanger.exe directly (also as Admin).
Close Dota 2 before applying any changes.
Launch the game and enjoy the new skins (the changer works via its own interface).
WHAT’S INSIDE THE ARCHIVE:
• Ready‑to‑use configuration (config.ini)
• Auto‑created logs folder (everything is structured)
• Control script (start.bat) for backup/restore and integrity check
• Detailed instructions in README.txt
