What is a shoutout by the way?
First it's one word shoutout not two words shout out, I don't know why my so called dictionary place it as shout out or shout-out, so I had to add in the word to my dictionary myself.
What does it mean?
It is an expression of greeting or praise that is given to someone in the presence of many people for example a place like YouTube.
