Raghib Hussain is Marvell’s Chief Strategy Officer, where he oversees the company’s current and future technology direction, including driving product alignment, innovation and growth across the portfolio. He also serves as the company’s Executive Vice President of the Networking and Processors Group, which includes the Networking Business Group and Processors Business Group.
Prior to joining Marvell in 2018, Raghib served as the Chief Operating Officer of Cavium, a company he co-founded. Prior to Cavium, Raghib held engineering roles at both Cisco and Cadence, and helped found VPNet, an enterprise security company. Raghib earned a BS in Computer Systems Engineering from NED University in Karachi, Pakistan, and an MS in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University. He holds more than 30 patents in the fields of networking and security.

Amer Haider is a successful entrepreneur and early-stage angel investor in Silicon Valley. Amer started his career in the valley in 1999 as a VPN product manager at SonicWall (SNWL). Amer joined Cavium (CAVM) as an early employee in 2001. During his 13 years at Cavium, he grew from product management to ecosystem management to VP corporate and business development, reporting to the CEO. In 2014 Amer left Cavium to co-found and become the CEO of Doctella, a remote patient monitoring company that was acquired by Masimo (MASI) in 2018. Amer's operational expertise spans across network security, workload-specific processors, cloud and SaaS applications, digital health, ecosystem development, M&A, deal structures and early-stage investments. He has 11 patents in areas of digital security and processing.
As an investor, Amer has privately funded 14 companies. Notable successes include Bitzer Mobile where he incubated the company and was Chairman of the board. Bitzer was acquired by Oracle in 2013. Amer was an angel investor and advisor in Flutter. Flutter was acquired in 2013 by Google. Amer invested in Organ-i that was acquired by Immucor in 2014. Amer incubated and invested in Altia Systems that was acquired by GN Audio (Jabre) in 2019. Amer's active early-stage investments include MatterNet, Excitem and 2 stealth companies in robotics and online education.
