Moving Trees: A portrait of Ernest A. Wojahn
Ernest A. Wojahn was born on a farm in Cottonwood county outside of Windom, Minnesota in 1932. This is his portrait, collected in three different interviews in which Ernest tells a simple story of how he was raised, his love of family, bicycles, apple trees, his values, playing polkas, his battle with cancer and with a belief in religion and his love of Jesus Christ. It is the story of a humble man on his journey to help those less fortunate and to live the golden rule. Ernest was able to watch this a week before his death on February 25th, 2011.
