How To Make Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon rolls have to be one of the worlds favorite pastries, in fact I’m not a sweets person at all, but here and there I like to indulge on these rolls to keep my cravings satisfied. Beneath are the list of ingredients to create them

Ingredients
Dough
4 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup whole milk
1 tbsp sugar for activating yeast
1 packet or 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs & 2 egg yolks
1 stick unsalted room temp butter or melted butter if you don’t have a stand mixer
Filling
1 cup light brown sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 stick unsalted room temp butter
Glaze
1 packet cream cheese
1 cup powder sugar, or more if you would like
3-4 tbsp milk
