Making misogyny a hate crime
Citizens UK leaders from Tyne and Wear, Manchester, Nottingham and London are joining forces to get more police forces to record incidents motivated by hostility towards women - such as groping, harassment and stalking - as hate crimes, while also planning our response to the Law Commission's independent review into all forms of hate crime. We want women and girls to walk tall on our streets, knowing that the police have our back and take us seriously. We want to stand in solidarity with all communities affected by hate crime and ensure that the experiences of women of all races, religions, sexualities and backgrounds are heard. Join our campaign!
