São Francisco da Mangueira is a community located in the heart of the Amazon, on the banks of the Solimões River in the interior of Amazonas. Wilson and I said goodbye to the São Francisco da Mangueira community today but I will be back soon.
Due to a health complication, I will go to Tefé to re-evaluate my leg, which has swollen a lot in the last few days.
This documentary was recorded in 2023, a period in which there was a historic drought in the Amazon. Before this drought, the 2015 drought held the title of the most severe of the century.
