DIY: Swagtron Swagger 5 (Xiaomi M365) speed controller upgrade
Upgrading my Swagger 5 controller. The process would be the same for the Xiaomi M365, Bird, or Lime scooter. This is not just upgrading the controller but also a complete overhaul of the internal electrical wiring of this scooter.
