I think technically this one should be called a Tiny BeerS Video. In this episode, I visited Suspended Brewing in the Pigtown neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland and talked to co-owner and brewer Josey Schwartz about their penchant for tweaking the fine details to create styles that are similar, but different, in an effort to display just how every ingredient matters.
