Proetus and Acrisius are two twins, who are competing over a woman named Helen. They are trying to prove their love and show manliness to Helen.
00:00:08 - Part 1
Proetus and his brother Acrisius are seen arguing outside of a store in Valentine. Proetus asks the player to help them prove their courage to Helen. He suggests the player shoots bottles off the top of his and Acrisius' heads, and the player has no choice but to accept.
They head to the back of the saloon and place a bottle atop their head, and the player successfully shoots the bottles. Then the brothers suggest they use smaller bottles, and proceed to put smaller ones on their heads. The player manages to shoot them off also.
After that, they then come up with the idea to perform the previous action but while standing on one leg. They do so and wobble about, but the player successfully destroys the bottles. The brothers will then leave with Helen.
00:04:01 - Part 2
In the second part, Acrisius and Proetus are found again in Valentine competing for Helen's affections, and will ask the player again to prove their manliness. To accomplish this, the player must punch both of them two times - first time in the face, second time - in the stomach. After taking punches, the brothers insist that the player should kick them both in the groin. Helen has had enough by this point and takes the brothers away.
00:06:54 - Part 3
In the mission's third and final chapter, Proetus and Acrisius are at Cumberland Falls, where they each climb into a barrel and ask the player to push them down a river and over the falls. The player and Helen ride down after them and find that they both miraculously survived the fall. The shaken brothers agree to stop antagonizing each other for the sake of a woman and depart to explore the West. Helen and the player then part ways.
