File Explorer autoscrolls after the user scrolls down to select a directory OTHER than "Quick access" or "Desktop".
Any ideas on how to fix this? It's be nice if I could set my own default (i.e. to V:\ drive) but better if someone's got a hack that stops this delayed autoscroll altogether.
