A classic body conditioning workout, this routine will improve core stability which, among other things, will increase control of your body during exercise or movement patterns.

Equipment needed: Glute bands and (ideally) a mat.

Primary muscles worked: Rectus Abdominal, Glutes, Back, and Quads.
