Originally I wasn't going to make this public until it was finished, but I'll troubleshoot with the community(Hell I've done everything I think I can), as you can see the animations of the video goes too fast, before a render timing is correct(all extra lights and features are off to show full speed fps), anyone have any advice?(Thank you to those who I've asked already)
P.S particle effects appear to be moving fast as well, it may be an fps issue but I've been told it is not
