Punch is a baby Japanese macaque born on July 26, 2025 at Ichikawa City Zoo in Japan. Rejected by his mother at birth and hand-raised by zookeepers, he has been trying to integrate into the troop ever since.
His story has traveled around the world. Not because of what he is not. But because of what he keeps trying to be.
