Canon TR8520 TR7520 Paper Jam or Missing Paper Problem How to Fix Support Code 1003 or 1300
First thing to do is to make sure you have the correct tray set for printing or copying. Remember that there is 2 trays where paper is being fed. Back tray is usually used for photo paper, but can also be set to be used for all jobs. Cassette tray is on the bottom of printer and usually set to be the main paper loading tray. After you checked this and the problem doesn't go away, go through steps we show in this video.
